  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • sauté an onion chopped fine in broth and olive oil
  • add 2 stalks celery chopped fine
  • Seasoning:  salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, ground rosemary, thyme, parsley and 1 tsp coconut sugar.
  • Microwave that day
